This Employee Privacy Policy (also, the “Policy”) discloses certain information-handling and privacy practices of Technicote, Inc. (also referred to herein as “Company,” “we,” “us” or “our”) regarding personal information collected from and about job applicants, employees, contractors employed in our workforce and others similarly situated (collectively, “you” or “Employee(s)”).

RETENTION OF EMPLOYEES’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable request (see Exercising Your Rights), we will disclose to you:

You have the right to request that we correct or delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights described herein. In particular, we will not undertake any adverse employment action against you based upon your efforts to exercise your rights under this Policy.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to amend this Employee Privacy Policy, from time to time, as changes in the law and our information-handling practices may, in our sole discretion, warrant. When we make material changes to this Policy, we will make the updated Policy available to Employees on the Company Intranet or through other appropriate means and update the “Last Revised Date” shown herein.
